The Four Tools
- Lease vs FD Calculator -> Compare the cost of leasing a vehicle against investing the same capital in a Fixed Deposit. Includes break-even analysis, yearly breakdown, and PDF export.
- Fixed Deposit Calculator -> Project the maturity value of an FD across four compounding modes with withholding tax support and a year-by-year growth chart.
- Loan / EMI Calculator -> Calculate monthly installments for any loan using the diminishing balance method, with full amortization chart and schedule.
- Income Tax Calculator -> Compute income tax under progressive bracket systems, with presets for US, UK, India, and Sri Lanka, plus full custom bracket support.
How the Tools Work Together
A common workflow: use the Loan EMI Calculator to understand the true cost of a vehicle loan, then compare it against the Lease vs FD Calculator to see whether leasing or financing is cheaper over the same tenure. Use the FD Calculator to model what happens if you invest the difference.
Or use the Tax Calculator to understand your take-home income, then feed that number into the Loan EMI Calculator to find a sustainable EMI relative to your actual post-tax earnings.
